Jonathan Duhon serves as the Chief Executive Officer for YAK ACCESS.
Jonathan is a graduate of The University of Mississippi where he received a bachelor’s degree in accounting as well as a master’s degree in taxation. Immediately following graduation, Jonathan joined the KPMG team as an Audit Associate for the greater Memphis area. During his tenure at KPMG, Jonathan became a Certified Public Accountant.
Jonathan later relocated to the Hattiesburg area and joined Jones Companies as the CFO. After six years with Jones, Jonathan was promoted to President and COO where he led and directed the operational activities of the organization. When YAK ACCESS came into formation in 2016 Jonathan was named CEO, managing all aspects of business operations and growth for the company.
Jonathan was honored by the Mississippi Business Journal as a Top 40 Under 40 leader in 2011 and a Top MS CEO in 2019. Jonathan is a member of the Southern 7 Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization-YPO, the American Pipeline Contractors Association, the International Pipeline & Offshore Contractors Association, and The Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Jonathan resides in Hattiesburg with his wife, daughter and two sons. In his free time, Jonathan enjoys reading, running and spending time with his kids.
Joel Weaver serves as the Chief Operations Officer for YAK ACCESS.
As the leader of our operations department, Joel is instrumental in ensuring all YAK ACCESS business units work together to provide the best access services to our customers. From ground level operations to daily interaction with sales, Joel coordinates with the forecasting team to plan the organization’s mat and service demands as well drive strategic mergers and acquisition opportunities.
Joel has been an integral part of large contract negotiations and is responsible for expanding the sales teams. Starting off as a lead salesman himself, Joel grew the matting division at YAK MAT exponentially, hiring over 20 sales representatives.
Prior to this role, Joel led various sales teams throughout Jones Companies for 8 years. His tenure and sales acumen have been invaluable to the organization. Joel resides in Shelbyville, TN with his wife, son and two daughters. He enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his two grandsons.
John Hedge is the Chief Financial Officer for YAK ACCESS.
John has an extensive background in accounting and operations, with over 35 years in both public and corporate finance. John leads the corporate accounting, treasury and FP&A teams with a “steady as it goes approach”, stamina, expertise and constantly pushing to find a better way to meet the ever-increasing requirements of being a highly visible portfolio company.
Prior to joining YAK ACCESS, John served as the CFO of several private equity backed transportation, logistics and multi-location operating companies in many industries. John was also a senior principal in a boutique professional services organization focused on constant improvement for companies facing financial and liquidity challenges. John has managed multiple M&A transactions and began his career with over 10 years in Big Four public accounting.
John is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a degree in accounting and remains an active alumnus and loyal fan of the Fighting Irish. Throughout his career, John has worked in several Latin and South American countries, Europe, and all over the United States. He and his wife of 38 years, Erin, currently reside in Atlanta. He has two grown daughters and is a proud grandfather to his first grandson, also named John but he goes by “JD”. When not at work or traveling, John enjoys golf and spending time with his family, especially with JD!
Cindy Scott serves as the Chief People Officer for YAK ACCESS.
In this role, Cindy directs all Human Resource functions of the organization so that we can recruit, retain, develop and reward the best and brightest employees in support of our vision: “To be the best in the world at providing total access solutions to our customers.” Cindy possesses the right mix of education, experience, technical skills, personality, and shared values to excel in this role for the organization.
Cindy holds a Masters in Human Relations, specializing in Organizational Change and Development, from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northwood University. Cindy has an extensive background in all areas of Human Resources and Leadership Development having served in senior leadership positions for several large global companies, including, Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS), Bureau Veritas and Baker Hughes, Inc. in Houston, Texas.
In addition, Cindy owned and operated her own business, so she also has the entrepreneurial spirit we need as we continue to build our capabilities in the future. Cindy and her husband recently relocated to Hattiesburg from Chicago with their dog Baxter.
Chris Bullock is the Chief Information Officer for YAK ACCESS.
Prior to joining YAK ACCESS, Chris was the Technology Director for Jones Companies. As Director, he built a dynamic team that was vital to the development and implementation of multiple enterprise systems that supported business operations across the companies.
After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering Technology from the University of Southern Mississippi, Chris spent the first 8 years of his career providing technology solutions in construction and disaster recovery management across multiple industries.
In his free time, Chris enjoys experimenting with home coffee roasting as well as spending quality time with his wife and three sons. He also enjoys volunteering with children’s programs at his church.
