Frank Bardonaro is the CEO of YAK ACCESS.

His 30+ years of experience include working with Fortune 100 organizations, private equity firms, multinationals, and regionally owned companies. His expertise in determining the strategy, sales, and structure to drive the organization’s top line while recognizing bottom-line success has resulted in several successful sponsor/owner sales transactions. The key to his success has been the ability to attract and retain industry experts to support the strategic plans and surround himself with outstanding team members.

In addition to his extensive corporate experience, he has utilized his expertise to support safety initiatives throughout his career. Prior to joining the YAK ACCESS team as CEO, Frank was the President and COO of Maxim Crane LLC, the largest specialty lifting company in North America for over 9 years. He was recruited by Platinum Equity in 2012 and in 2014 was promoted from President of Sales to COO. His primary responsibility was to lead the growth, acquisition strategy, and margin improvements for the business.

Frank is a life-long supporter of animal welfare and became a board member of PAWS. He and his wife are involved with NKYCAC (Children’s Advocacy), Turns for Troops, and Police organizations. He graduated as an Academic All-American in Baseball and was President of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity at Hanover College. Today, Frank and his wife Priscilla enjoy a home in Kentucky. His daughter, Alexys, is a recent graduate of the University of Kentucky Law School, newest member of the Kentucky Bar Association, and practicing with the firm Steptoe-Johnson in Lexington, KY.

Joel Weaver serves as the Chief Operations Officer for YAK ACCESS.

As the leader of our operations department, Joel is instrumental in ensuring all YAK ACCESS business units work together to provide the best access services to our customers. From ground level operations to daily interaction with sales, Joel coordinates with the forecasting team to plan the organization’s mat and service demands as well drive strategic mergers and acquisition opportunities.

Joel has been an integral part of large contract negotiations and is responsible for expanding the sales teams. Starting off as a lead salesman himself, Joel grew the matting division at YAK MAT exponentially, hiring over 20 sales representatives.

Prior to this role, Joel led various sales teams throughout Jones Companies for 8 years. His tenure and sales acumen have been invaluable to the organization. Joel resides in Shelbyville, TN with his wife, son and two daughters. He enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his two grandsons.

John Hedge is the Chief Financial Officer for YAK ACCESS.

John has an extensive background in accounting and operations, with over 35 years in both public and corporate finance. John leads the corporate accounting, treasury and FP&A teams with a “steady as it goes approach”, stamina, expertise and constantly pushing to find a better way to meet the ever-increasing requirements of being a highly visible portfolio company.

Prior to joining YAK ACCESS, John served as the CFO of several private equity backed transportation, logistics and multi-location operating companies in many industries. John was also a senior principal in a boutique professional services organization focused on constant improvement for companies facing financial and liquidity challenges. John has managed multiple M&A transactions and began his career with over 10 years in Big Four public accounting.

John is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a degree in accounting and remains an active alumnus and loyal fan of the Fighting Irish. Throughout his career, John has worked in several Latin and South American countries, Europe, and all over the United States. He and his wife of 38 years, Erin, currently reside in Atlanta. He has two grown daughters and is a proud grandfather to his first grandson, also named John but he goes by “JD”. When not at work or traveling, John enjoys golf and spending time with his family, especially with JD!

Chris Bullock is the Chief Information Officer for YAK ACCESS.

Prior to joining YAK ACCESS, Chris was the Technology Director for Jones Companies. As Director, he built a dynamic team that was vital to the development and implementation of multiple enterprise systems that supported business operations across the companies.

After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering Technology from the University of Southern Mississippi, Chris spent the first 8 years of his career providing technology solutions in construction and disaster recovery management across multiple industries.

In his free time, Chris enjoys experimenting with home coffee roasting as well as spending quality time with his wife and three sons. He also enjoys volunteering with children’s programs at his church.
